Rates & Policies
Events Without Alcohol
Rent – $125 per hour, 4 hour minimum
Cleaning/Security Deposit – $400 (fully refundable)
The full deposit and 50% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking.
Events With Alcohol
Rent – $200 per hour, 4 hour minimum
Cleaning/Security Deposit – $750 (fully refundable)
The full deposit and 50% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking.
Additional Requirements
- You must acquire a one million dollar ($1,000,000) liability insurance policy for your event. You can do this through your existing insurance company. One-time policies usually range from about $300-400.
- You must hire a third party licensed by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) to serve at your event.
- Proof of insurance and OLCC licensing must be submitted to Tuality Lodge not less than 30 days before your event.
